How does follow focus work with a mini35, or how can it? Is the follow focus supposed to be attached to the DVX camera focus ring, or the photography lenses that are attached to the Mini35(any 35 adapters)?? how does it all work, because im having a hard time understanding it all. I have a mini35, and would like to build a follow focus.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

The follow focus will be attached to the lenses that you will attach to the adapter not the camera lenses. Being that the camera is shooting an image, the other lens controls follow/rack focus on the image being projected.

The lens you are using isn't a cinema lens, then you'll have to buy an aftermarket gear for it, they can cost between 50 to 200 bucks, and you may need several if your lenses are different diameters.
