I think its very well organized but I have a couple of suggestions.
"Contact" should be at the bottom of services, portfolio, and profile.
And I think it should be bigger. The menu and that picture should cover more of the grey area.
Other than that I think its a very nice website and I love your B&W pictures.

Lovely website. I saw the number of photos you do at a wedding and was sorely amazed! 1200! Wow!!! In a 6 hour event that breaks down to 200 photos an hour or over 3 photos a minute!!! Or a photo every 20 or less seconds for 6 hours!!!!! That's quite impressive.
