Okay that just went into my favorites list. Now I really wish I was in good shape.
Imagine how cool that must feel to have that much mastery over your body and environment.
When he jumps from the top of the one wall to the top of the other wall and you can see the long drop my heart skipped a beat.
Maybe I'll stop having ice-cream before bed. More salads... and some running.
That made me feel REALLY old. I used to be able to hold myself out horizontal off a pole... and I could do a handstand from seated in a chair without getting up or having my feet touch anything... did I mention that I'm feeling old?

Not sure why but there's something beautiful and majestic about a human conquering his own obstacles. It's like a dance between man and the stuctures he's built. It's saying, "Life finds a way and life will go on." Walls can not hold our spirit in. Much like a blade of grass growing in between a crack of concrete.
Does anyone else get that feeling?

Rich, that link is as good as the first. Does that make anybody else feel old and crippled? Even if you're 22?
If anybody in the midwestern united states reads this (or if you know somebody) does this I will produce any level of video that you want for FREE. I would love to shoot something like this.
The comments regarding "stunt work"... uh, yeah... it won't be long. Trust me. I saw a car commercial a while back and I thought it had to involve crash pads and stuff like that.
Anybody else in here ever into climbing? They make these pads for "bouldering" so that just in case you fall you have better odds to not get hurt... meanwhile these guys would do a backflip off the same rock onto bare ground... and then take off running.
I sort of get what you're saying PK... honestly watching that makes me feel spiritual... if some guy could do that back in the days of Jesus he would have been: 1) killed for witchcraft/sorcery... or 2) the guy most of America is praying to. If you didn't see that video and you had to describe what you saw with only stories... let's say 2000 years of technology ago... how would you describe what you're seeing? Miraculous?
Holy crap! Too bad we don't have a bunch of old buildings like that here or I'd give it a shot!

yes, thats why its so interesting to watch....its like how humans have adapted...it has a very primal feeling about it.

Stunning. So tranquil, and like Pk said beautiful. I am with Matt, I too would love to do a video like this. It would be a pleasure. I would pay good money to see this as a performance, on a stage. I have watched three times, it just makes me giggle. Very odd feeling.

Amazing stuff. There's something very apelike about their movements, guys almost on all fours. These guys are pretty fearless. I love that dog chase, good one. :)

. . . until you fall and crack your head open on that concrete.
I wonder if these guys will be as beautiful and majestic when they're 29 and have no knees, ankles, or hips left. I dunno, I guess I'm less than impressed (though for full disclosure: I can barely jump off the last step of a staircase--I got one of Rowecine's dollies just to get to the bathroom and back. When someone invents a pvc-switcher I'll also wash my hands).

Spiderman would be awesome with some of these guys as stuntmen. A lot more impressive than CG.

I'd like to see movie with a serial killer who can do this.
Flat out, I love these guys. Love them. That clip was better than any action movie (except maybe, Ong Bak) that I've seen in years.
Thanks for showing me this.

And once upon a time I remember thinking it
was cool when Michael J. Fox would slide across
the DeLorean...
How times have changed.
These cats definitely have one-upped Jackie Chan.
I would also love to film these crazies, but would not
want the liability that would no doubt follow closely
behind them.

Un-freaking believable... these guys are amazing! I just want to know who first said, "Hey, watch me jump across these buildings!" How do you decide to do something like that? Very impressive.

CallaghanFilms - Is that video for real? An old woman walking and a jerk in a Mercedes honks his horn at her. She then makes his airbag go off with one swipe of her grocery bag. Seems too setup for me. But it would be an expensive setup since replacing the airbag on a Benz would be a couple grand.

I dunno, guys...
I watched it several times. The kids that were skateboarding would have had to be in on it to.
I think it's a large handbag, but who knows-maybe the old girl was just lucky...

Gonna go with fake on that last one. there was no cloud of talcum powder going off, no facial burns on the guy from the impact of the bag, (those things open fast!). its funny, but I'd say its staged.

I didn't want to get into the symantics of it, but if an airbag goes off and you're wearing sunglasses... they're probably gonna' get broke. They'll knock you out if you're too close... or kill your child if he/she is too close... that's why kids in the back seat.
Also what were those kids filming? They can't even do a lousy Ollie... and no skater would waste time in clear sidewalk. Rails, steps, bowls.
On a side note... that "nearly good" website can cost you hours. I found another city jumping vid... but it 'aint worth posting except for one little jump.

That was hilarious. I mean, it was probably set-up, but the whole premise was very funny.
