I just got my Camcrane200 and here is my first setup:

camera: Canon XL2 + 20x lens
tripod: manfrotto 525mvb legs + glidecam camcrane200 + 503 head
light: one $20 halogen (500W)

Thanks for the comment. I just love a smooth camera moves. (and I hate the shaky ones even when done on purpose like in "bourne supremacy")

If you have a good tripod Glidecam200 is not such a big expense.

You can buy it for about $400 at b&h. And you should :) Unfortunately I had to pay for it 568,97 euros + 22%VAT (that's $837 so about twice the regular US price) since I'm in the "Europe price zone"... And it was still worth it!

Everything was done in MagicBullet (it was a look based on "Currahee") + some extra sharpness. Here is a raw look:
