Link worked fine for me.
Wasn't crazy about the way it was shot until we got into the basement. Thought there was a lack of lighting design in the upstairs hallway and and the compositions left me wanting. The production sound in those scenes were also a bit distracting. I think they got into ADR when they headed downstairs which sounded very pro (either that or they used LAVS) .
But once we got into the basement with the dead body, it was much stronger. Good sense of mood. That acting was ok, but the script was pretty decent. I think I would have liked to know the reason the doctor killed her. Was it an accident? On purpose? That last shot of the body was killer.
Overall nicely done.

I love when the service area gets to the basement.
Shadowing is great.
To sum it all up in one word:

Lot of nice stuff going on here, and shot in my home town of Grand Rapids, MI! The only problem I have is the staging of the "experimental area".
One short service elevator trip down and practically anyone can see this little experiment? Not very believable.
Cool little idea executed pretty darn nicely but that part bothers me a bit. Over than that, sweet

It was pretty impressive. Cannot say I can find any fault with it from a technical point of view. It looks no different than any other movie in that budget range.
