No, it's SD only.

Use an Avid Mojo for real-time down converting it should look great.

If you plan on viewing HD try the PVM14L5.
I have used it with the Z1U and switching between 480out and 1080out on the camera is noticeable (via the component inputs). The L5 automatically switches between SD and HD on it's inputs.
Now I assume it isn't showing all the pixels, but resolution and colors look fantastic.
Hope that helps,

The L5 does have an option board that lets it accept high-def signals. However, as Brian alludes to, it won't show the full detail (it is still an NTSC/PAL monitor, not a high-def monitor).

Brian,
Mostly I shoot SD projects, but some commercials wil be HD. Will this monitor also be good for color corrections on HD. I assume not because you say it probably is not displaying all the pixels.
Thank for your help.

I see my reply on Brian was before I saw Barry's answer, thanks Barry.

I have two uncompressed Kona 2 FCP HD systems. The L5 is a fantastic monitor, it's limited to about 800 lines, so it's not pixel for pixel, but it's much higher rez than my standard Sony PVM NTSC monitors, and I own lots of them. I also have several Blackmagic HD-link /Apple Cinema Display/Dell 2405 combos for a true 1920 x 1080 display (Displays native are 1920x1200, so HDLink has a small 60 pixel border top and bottom). I tend to edit HD with the large LCD panels, and do all color correction or motion evaluation on the HiRez CRTs. If I HAD to pick one monitor to use, I would go with the CRT every time. I could try to explain all the "whys" but you will find this topic has been discussed at great length on other pro video forums... sort of like "P2 is too expenisve" and "how many pixels does the HVX200 have" in this forum. I can't wait for the new panny, and I don't care how many pixels it has, as long as it looks good.
