Best Backpack for a DVX

Im looking into getting a very good and lightweight backpack for caring around my DVX100a camera, atleast 2 battereies, some headphones, some hearing protection, a shotgun & lav mic, atleat 4 to 6 tapes and some white sheets of paper and maybe even a bit more storage for other various things I might need to put in there.

Im in the military and I go out all the time around the base and sometimes overseas so I need something I can pickup and go and not be restricted at all with. Something very comfortable as well. We have a Lowepro Nature Trekker AW II right now but just purchased a second DVX and need a backpack for it. If I can get a better one, well then i'll use the better one. Hehe.

Anyone have any good ideas? Something under $200 would be nice.

I dont want a place to look at bags as more as a quick 1 or 2 sentence review of the best bags anyone used and why. Going to a site to look at bags dont really tell me much and I just want to know what you guys use and why you love them.
