Well my question is, are most of them real?
If there are good related sites like this, does anyone knows them?

Well I researched these one day and found out most of them are in Russia and charge your credit card with the highest exchange rate they can profit from. So it may be cheap now but by the time you get your bill you were charged $1000 for Dreamweaver. I say avoid them like the plauge.
