View Full Version : Can the shutter speed be locked?

Can one lock the shutter speed to prevent operators with little knowledge of the camera from tampering with it? Or failing this, I I set the shutter speed to 180 degrees, is it likely to be changed by turning the camera on and off or changing other parameters like going into full automatic or auto iris?

Improvement of operability

Addition of a sign showing that Shutter is set to “Auto” “A-SHTR + numeral (shutter speed)”





That's just the addition of an indicator. It did not add or change functionality of the shutter itself.

The latest firmware - v1.72 - only lists an improvement in the way VFR is handled.

With all due... There is nothing 0n P 63 about locking the shutter.
