Ok,
While it's not complete by any means, I thought I'd post this as all the video footage was shot with the dvx-100a. Some is shot in 30P some 60i for motion reasons (boss doesnt like any strobing :-[ ) This spot is made for a sales convention out in Las Vegas later this month to be played in rotation at the hotel.

Well, now that I have made every excuse known to man, here it is....:)

Vince,

The middle section is my favorite part, it has some excellent shots and the pacing seems right on.

I thought the first few shots seemed a little shaky (that shot of the antenna almost makes me dizzy).

In the ending, I don't know about the shots of the two girls, it make it all seem very small-time (although maybe that quaint feel is what you are going for).

Good work overall,

Chris

triseven,
Thanks for your comments, Yep I used a crane, one that was built by my dad. I'll have to post some pictures of it. It really works great for me and gets some really smooth shots.

Chris,
Thank you for your comments too...Yeah that antenna shot is a bit of a strange angle and fast too... The detroit shots were really tough to get, as I was pretty far from the skyline (on an Island called Belle Isle) I was shooting with the dvrigpro, but still with the zoom so far out it was tough to keep steady. We brought a tripod with us, but upon seting it up, we realized that the plate was damaged and slid around in the quick release receptor... The girls in the shot...Well, yes we are pretty small time actually (infomericals and paid programming make up a lot of our programming! ::) ) But I agree it may be a bit too small time looking now that you mention it.

Thanks again for your comments!
Vince
