From a wedding I shot last weekend. It was humid as ever in Chicago and I got the dreaded "red X" warning. It seems though the footage turned out well. This ist he first time I've really shot the DVX in natural night time lighting.
Shot in 24P mode, with various 1/24 and 1/48 shutter.
ZERO post-processing. Who says XL2 is needed for clean low light shooting?

These look great. WB on a PRST? Or.........?
Nice. Perhaps the least interesting one is the one on the bottom, but that's only because it's not as dramatically lit or framed. They seem nice and clear to me, and with a little color correction, could really grab that urban `Michael Mann feel`.

Funny, I kinda liked the last one! If the blacks were more crunched you'd have an intense, wide range of value.
The first one is really nice, too.
Well, they all look pretty good :D

Bah! Stop it consumer-cam! I don't swing that way!

Nice shots booggerg. Yeah, it was humid last weekend. I was best man in a wedding on Sunday, September 5 not far from you in Racine, WI. Damn black tuxedos! I wish I could have shot my buddy's wedding with my DVX100a but I had to have someone come in with his XL1.

I like the shots, but I definitely agree with Mike, all the shots would be much more powerful if the blacks were sharper. As it is now, it's a little too grey for my taste.

Ha. The first picture has the building I work in! ...and there are those funny video walls in Millenium Park.
Good to see some stuff of Chicago. Man, it was hot last Saturday! Chicago isn't suppose to be this humid!!!

Oh keep in mind these are untouched grabs. I intentionally left them raw so that we get an accuracte measurement of how well the DVX is in run n' gun low-light shooting. Thanks for the comments
