Okay, if you want feedback, here it is:
Edit some of your clips a little, long pans are a little boring to watch and not really necessary unless you are going to eventually pan to something of interest.
I know you are just doing the end titles for fun but they are unreadable because they fly off the screen too fast so you might want to fix that too.
The first shot looks like it was not white balanced correctly and has a decidedly orange cast.
Also, your compression is a little bit too much in the file, it's breaking up completely in your shots from the car.
All this stuff is no big deal and you will eventually start focussing things down to where they are exciting to watch. Keep working at it...

Yes,
I agree. That first shot really looks like it wasn't white balanced properly.
Why didn't you post this in the ScreenGrabs/Clips section of the forum?
All the best
Fidel.

I like adding some extra warmth and saturation when I shoot late in the day...it gives the footage a really rich feeling sort of like the opening of City of God. So I like the look of the first clip. You should get a tripod or something, though. Shooting handheld at full telephoto isn't so easy at 24p, especially with the XL2's bad OIS and there was a lot of shaky footage.
It's an okay test, but everything you shot was totally arbitrary. It looks like you have a pretty good eye for exposures and achieving good DOF, so it's a good start, though.

Someone taught me this a long time ago... let me pass it along.
It's always nice to "watch the horizon" and make sure that it's level, especially when shooting subjects that are in or around water. And more importantly when you pan your camera, make sure the viewer does not seeem to see the water in an angle or slope.
Hope this helps.
