When Primus visited New York City this summer for their first gig at Radio City Music Hall, AV Squad was invited backstage to learn about the band's new DVD "Animals Should Not Try To Act Like People."

The interview was videotaped with the Panasonic DVX100 set to 24P (F5). The interviews were lit with 2-ARRI 300 fresnels and 1-ARRI 650 fresnel. Audio was gathered with 1-Sennheisser me66/k6 shotgun mic and 1-Azden WLX-Pro wireless lav. The package was edit with FCP4.

Host reads were also filmed using the equipment mentioned above.

PRIMUS is my favorite band of all time. I saw two shows on the first leg of that tour and they were awesome. I bought that dvd set before it even came out (its all who you know).

Nice little snip, but that must be a year old, what took ya so long to post? :)

That episode is currently airing. The interview was filmed, this summer, here at Radio City Music Hall. "Animals Should Not Act Like People" is their latest release (even though the DVD is about 1-year old). It's what's currently being promoted.

Ah, anyway I love seeing footage i can, if in the future u managed to get performance footage on a dvx I'd just about die lol. ok dude... GET ON IT!
