Magicine, Z-box, another dof adapter

Saw this over at Dvinfo, www.magicine.com
It's another 35mm adapter. The pictures are of the prototype,
the finished version will be a matte black as far as I understand.
It looks very well machined, and offers several accessories such as
FF, and mattebox. Anyone seen this?

with the LCD included, it looks like it might be beyond $1000 or so!
No shots were up and little information was provided on site, so, these folks
looks like they aren't ready to push the thing yet.
