Lee, your videos seem super soft , I mean really -really soft ic could be the format you have compressed it too, I dont know. I've played around with HC1 files and you can get stuningly detailed footage after downsizing, so I was wondering why yours was not as sharp.

please try doing this (assuming your using Vegas)


set properties to de-interlace, and standard DV PAL

(1) place m2t file in Vegas timelime EDIT your video as normal

(2) colour correct

(3) apply sharping filter about 0.450

(4) then render out to quicktime (using either uncompressed if you have the space or somthing lighly compressed eg MJPEG at 720*576 size)

(5) Encode the quicktime file to your target file

Please try it, and tell me if it makes a differance

ARRRRR, just relalised your using WMV, no wonder...
one of my most hated formats... it makes everything mushy, *yuck* !
