I ran across ZGC's website the other day, and they have some photos of the JVC HD100 setup with a P+S Technik Mini35 (Cooke S4 lens).

It seems to be a nice fit... it is too bad there is not a way to shorten the 15mm rods behind the Mini35, and add some extra counterwieght to the back of the camera (ie. battery). That way, you could still use the cameras sholder mount / pad, and get some handheld use with the Mini35.
