About a month ago I posted a few screengrabs from my first short film. My DP whipped together a quick 30 second clip to show off and I wanted to show you guys and see what you think.

The edit is raw. It's not color corrected, the sound isn't final. It needs a lot of work. And that's work that we're doing right now. But it gets the point across. Here's the link to download it... I've also provided Media Player Classic in case you have trouble viewing it. MPC is a standalone .exe that will let you view it with no problems.

The biggest thing I've learned from this? Instead of working with the DP during the shoot to get every shot how I want it - even after we storyboarded - I should spend more time with my actors.

Oh well, you live and you learn. Let me know what you think!

Edit: Mods, feel free to move this to the proper forum if needed.

Was able to download but there was a strange horizontal green line at the bottom. The video looked good though. Good pacing and nice lighting. Great job and good luck with the rest of your project.

Did you play it with Windows Media Player or Media Player Classic? I've noticed the WMP seems to have problems for some people.
