So, as I like to things a$$ backwards, I imported my 5D MKII footage into Cineform, did some minor tweaks and made the mistake of masking it at 2.39:1. Cineform encoded it, Exported to Prelude to rough cut, exported to Premiere Pro CS6 and I have now decided I don't want 2.39:1 aspect ration.

Is that baked in? Can I go bak to my original footage and re-link it in Premiere without a major complication?

Yes, I am mildly stupid with post. But at least I'm pretty good with a camera, glass and lights!

Thanks for any help. This forum is awesome.

You shouldn't have a problem re-linking in Premiere! However, you might have to manually link each file if they have a different naming structure or if the footage is in a different format. Make a backup copy of your project first and then give it a shot so that if there are any complications then you can go back.

Hope that helps!
