is there any way that i can put the panasonic anamorphic adapter on the front of Nikon still cam lenses that are on my micro 35? would this added lense adapter lead to image degradation, even though the adapter adds 33% more resolution than any of the other preset 16:9 in camera modes? how would i go about attaching it? I havent bought the adapter yet, but if there is no way of putting it infront of my micro35. then it would be pointless to buy it, right?.

That wouldn't work at all, I wouldn't think. The Panasonic anamorphic is designed to work within a very limited focal range, and most Nikon lenses will be well beyond its reach.

You could try it, but you'd be best to stick to lenses shorter than 40mm.

yeah its a bad idea cause your gonna loose a huge amount of light doing that as well. If your set to squeeze it though, you can buy something called the mezmerizer (SP) that they use on normal cine lenses to distort the image into 16:9.
