View Full Version : ***best text software***

Does anyone know which software some of the networks (mainly the big ones) use to create their 3D, glossy/shiny text? Maybe After Effects? If so, any recommended plugins? I am particularly interested in what the NFL does to create their text during their game broadcasts. Big shiny logos, generators, glossy text, etc. It all looks extremely sharp and clear. Any thoughts?

Thank you.

Zaxwerks has some good 3D stuff used for titles and graphics. They are plugins for After Effects and some other platforms.

I would assume 3D software like Cinema4D, 3DS Max, etc. Some can be replicated in AE (especially if you implement the transparency layer box (not alpha channels) correctly).
