Hi Guys,Serious Magic Contest Results....I got the third place.I only shot with a 60 watt light bulb.which makes me more of a firm believer in "it doesnt have to be what everybody say it should be" mentality.you can view entries

Am thinking of aquiring DV Rack.
How did you find operation of this software?
Easy to figure out?
Did you use full blown version?
Still your field monitor is an LCD,---the laptop right.
So were there any surprises when you viewed project on NTSC?

Thanks peabody!I got a trial of dvrack,it is 15 day operational ,I think.The software is easy to operate,my only comment is that you cannot expand the windows,like for example i would like a full screen view of the vectorscope and it wont let me.Overall it really helps.The surprises viewing the results in an ntsc and computer crt is very minimal and acceptable.Nothing that the curves ,levels and color balance can't tweak if need be.

Been playing with DV RAck trial version a bit.
Starting to make sense.
Technical stuff makes me skrink back.
