Posting Clips

does DVXuser have a place for posting clips?
or do you have to host your own page and post a link?

Also, what is the best way to get good quality out of a low file size?

You either need to find someone who's nice enough to host your stuff or you can buy hosting. There are a lot of nice people here that might host your clips for free. I ain't one of them. ;)
