If you search the site, you'll find instructions for a cheap "do it yourself" DVX fisheye lens. Costs about $100.

Is that the wide angle lens in which you disregard one element? That will yield perhaps the ugliest distortion ever...

It's not that bad. I built one and use it for a variety of shots. I posted captures from it here on the board. Search and you should find them.
