and power cable
just cut the cable to wire into the switch
the mount it to the the cutting baord then presto works.

How do you mount the cutting board to the camera? It's gotta weigh a few pounds.

the cutting board is less than a pound.
i use a c - stand but im coming up with this pattern
have two cuting boards and melting ot screning togther then a bas plate or srew plate as one of the boards so it screws right on to it.
example.

it never flickered for me. and the cuting baord was a dollar and the cheapest form of mounting it to something besides wood.
