Is there an adaptor to allow a PL mount C300 to accept EF lenses?

Are there any decent, affordable, lenses for the PL mount? Something more in line with, say L series lenses?

Thnx

Any PL adapter you get for the EF mount C300 is going to have limited compatibility with PL lenses - mostly limited to zoom lenses. This was discussed at length some time ago in this thread: http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?269523-Pl-lens-adapter-for-ef-version-of-canon-c300

As far as affordable PL mount lenses, Zeiss CP.2's are probably the most budget friendly option in line with the cost of L series lenses (but still quite a bit more expensive for a full set). But their mount is interchangeable and you can get them in EF mount, so no need for an adapter to use those lenses.

I believe Red Pro Primes can have their PL mount modified to fit a PL adapter on the C300.

the OP clearly asked about PL mount C300. not EF mount C300.

The PL flange depth is longer than the EF flange depth, there for a PL > EF adaptor is physically impossible.

Holy crap, I totally misread! I hadn't even ever considered the reverse since the flange distance makes it impossible. Thanks for pointing out the discrepancy. Sorry for offending you.
