Dv Rack???

I ordered DV Rack on Tuesday and they were to ship yesterday for Friday arrival. I haven't been able to get an answer via e-mail or get the phone answered. Site indicates my software has not been shipped. Anyone know what's going on with Serious Magic?

Got an e-mail tonight with a tracking number -- should arrive tomorrow. Said they are just behind posting shipping into to their website. No explanation as to why no one answered the phone.
