How to copy the right audio channel onto the left channel

One of my channels in a stero track did not have decent levels. I want to take the audio from the right channel and copy it onto the right channel.

I have total training and also the Premire Pro Bible and neither talks about how to do this.

Audio Effects - Fill Right ( means fill left ch. with right ch.)
