Help! Export to Tape Error!!

Help!!

The "Export video to Tape" function was working just fine..., then all of a sudden it stopped working and gives me this Error:

Adobe Premiere Pro has encountered an Error.

\dev\starsky\MediaLayer\Src\Player\VideoPlayerProx y.cpp-367

I have no freaking clue what this means - I search adobe support - nadda!

I reinstalled Premiere - nothing!

I tried to find this ".cpp" file on my system - can't find it!

Anyone have any clue - please help!!! I'm going nuts..., and I need to back up to tape so I can send my videos in!!

Try uninstalling that medialayer thing you got there.

That's just it...I have no idea what the path is referring to?

I have no special apps installed? And I didn't install anything between it workin.., then not working!

Just an update:

It working now. Changed tapes, changed camera..., seems to work fine.

Does everyone use Premiere for capture and export, or does anyone use anything WITH Premiere for these functions?
