Exporting From Premier

I recently read in a CompArts mag on exporting a video from premier and putting it in flash to be sillhouetted and played back as a animation. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Ok just to let you guys know is export the movie file as a Animated GIF then import it to a symbol stage into flash and just copy over what you want and your good to go.
