DVD Freezing

Just getting started here. I have burned a few DVD's directly from Premier Pro. In each instance, the movie freezes for a while while playing on my DVD player. I try to ff or rr to get things moving. Most of the time I have to restart the DVD, however, it continues to do the same thing around the same place. Anyone know why this is happening?

P4 2mhz
1gig DDR
2- 80 gig 7200 rpm hard drives - I am suspecting this
New Plextor DVD burner
Window XP Pro

what preset are you using? There's a possiblity it could be your DVDr's.

also what bitrate are you seetting it at .. dont set it above a average bitrate of 7.4 . alot of times people want the best quality and burn some disc at too high of a bitraet, and DVDs playere cant handle it and youll get freezing and lockups like that.
