Pansonic HDX900 - with PS Technik Pro 35 and Zeiss ZF.2 Lenses - Color aberration

I have done a few tests with the Panasonic HDX900 and Pro 35 adapter from PS technik with the Zeiss Zf.2 Lenses and seem to have some color aberration on either side of the image. One side is Magenta or Red and the other is green. I don't know weather it is being created by the Prism in the PS technik adapter or the coating on the Zeiss lenses. It seems to also create the same look on the Nikon D800 DSLR camera.

Has anyone experienced this before? Could IRND filters be a solution? I have attached a picture to show results...
