I shot a choir rehearsal with a GH2 and have on board audio. I started and stopped several times. I recorded audio straight through the entire time on a Zoom H2N. I have all the files in FCP7. 24p video and audio was 16bit, 48kHZ wav on the Zoom and, of course, when copied into FCP7 was the same format. I am trying to sync multiple video clips to one stereo audio track. I have tried different settings in Plural Eyes and have even tried to sync only one video clip to the 90 minute long audio clip. No go. The GH2 was recording audio and was on auto gain and NOT peaking.

I zipped up the plural eyes folder and sent it to their support team along with the 2.4MB FCP project. We will see.
