24 fps or 25fps for a PAL DVD

Hello, I am editing a video that was shoot with 2 cameras and by mistake one was 23,97 fps and the other was 25fps, I have to comform with cinema tools. The destination is a PAL DVD , should I choose 25fps or 23,97, or it doesn matter? Best regards

Speed it up to 25 for PAL land. This is a common thing what we do with movies shot on film.
