Hey cats.
I'm editing on Vegas 5 and burning on DVDA.
A friend at the network got me an SVHS copy of an episode of "Grey's Anatomy" that I acted in. He asked, "do you want it in 16:9?" I said sure, since I thought it would simply appear on standard TV's as letterboxed.
Joke's on me. I've tried rendering and changing project properties all over the place and my finished product always has us appearing as tall skinny people. No letterbox either.
Am I doing something wrong?
