Converting 30p to 24p

Hi - I wanted to see if anyone has any special workflows for converting 30p to 24p and what the actual results were when compared side by side. A scene was accidentally shot in 30p (which can't be reshot). Everything else is 24p.

I've heard that bumping the 30p to using Twixtor, then using Nattress Conversions to go to 24p. (I can cut the piece in Avid and FCP). Any additional specifics or insight would be a huge huge help. I haven't gotten these programs yet, but will, if that is the best workflow. Thank you!!!

Conversions from 30p to 24p usually aren't good, and will be worse the more motion there is.

I had to do something similar, 60i to 24P and I am getting fantastic motion from Compressor 3 with the settings tweaked. Although I have to figure out how to not loose sync with audio.
