Marketplace Feedback system now Restored

Just letting you all know that I've got this feature live again for use in the marketplace. It was off for a couple of weeks due to an outstanding issue with the plugin. This has now been resolved, and you should now be able to use the feedback system again. all previous data is still there.

Over the coming weeks, I will be looking at tweaking permissions and such of this plugin to make it better suit our needs here.
