Slow motion?

Is there anyway I could do this with vegas?

Right click the clip you want to apply slow motion, select velocity envelope, and drag the envelope in the clip to whatever speed you desire.

ALT + click in the end (or beginning) of the clip.
It's easier and you can do slowly OR faster in the entire clip, including audio.
