Media Manager Error ?!?

Hello!
When I start Vegas 6.0b .115, I get the message:
" An error occured with the Media Manager. This feature will beunavailable.
Media Manager initilization failed."
So, any suggestions???

The only thing I can think of is trying to re-install Vegas. This is a new one for me.

I got that more than once after MOVING an .avi file to a different HD. Shutting down, restarting, doing a defrag got things back in order. Haven't a clue as to why or if that actually worked. Appears to be a possible bug? Any how, I also got it while Vegas was firing up and I decided to open Internet Explorer. That makes me suspect a memory resource issue, or something like that. I'm guessing at that......
