Ok trying to make a dvd with vegas dvd architect 2.0 the program renders fine the program burns fine but when I try to use the dvd there is no media on the dvd to look at the dvd it has somthing burnt on it but when you place it in a dvd drive it just reads nothing.
I am using a pacific digital dvd rw that is connected by high speed usb 2.0 and the computer says its in working order ( its new I burnt a cd to test it).
Please help do I have to render in a certain type of file because I just used the default settings?

If your video and audio files are fine the folder that DVDA created, then the problem comes somewhere in the burning stage. Could be one, or a combination, of several things:
1) The burning software. Try using Nero or some other burning-only app. (I don’t think this is the issue, but it’s good to rule it out.)
2) The burner. Try using a different burner.
3) The media. Try using a different DVD or a different brand. I recommend Verbatim.
