Hey, apologies in advance if this is the wrong place for this question...

Does anybody know any websites or resources which show film budget breakdowns. I'm currently writing a film which I'm also considering shooting. It's all set on the moors so I'm hoping it'll be relatively cheap - but I'm still not entirely sure where all the money goes on a proper production. If I could see some sort of breakdown, it'd help me evaluate how much the production should cost - and how to cut a lot of costs.

I've been googling, asking Film Soc members and looking through libraries for these budget outlines - but found nothing so far. It feels like there should be a website which shows this information though. I don't really mind if you have to pay to see it.

Thanks, James

Here is one, though probably not AS detailed as you'd like.

We usually (in our microbudget world) tend to focus on the production budget as it's the biggest slice of the pie.
