MPEG encoding

I wanted see if anyone was willing to share their experiences with a MPEG encoding service. I have a project (2:35 35mm) on DigiBeta with a TRT of 16:24. My usual encoding service is currently off line, so I am looking for someone to handle the project. I am in the LA area but don't mind shipping the assets if necessary.
