Try the Search feature of the forums -- I found this nugget:

If you go to http://www.sonymediasoftware.com/products/showproduct.asp?PID=965&FeatureID=8185 it lists the video features with the new ones marked "New!".

And there's a link to the Audio features that will show the same. :)

Did you buy it off ebay or a real retailer? If you have a receipt for a new copy of Vegas 5.0, you might want to contact Sony customer service and see if they'll give you an upgrade.

So far, the singlemost coolest thing in Vegas 6 over 5 that I've found is the sync assist stuff. If your audio gets out of sync with your video (Sometimes you might not notice this if it's just a frame or so) the audio will turn a pink colour. You can then right click and slide or move it back into sync. Very cool.

Other than that there isn't too much on the outside that I've seen. I don't think the Media Manager is that great, as it's all but useless for project media management. But I *think* (I haven't tested fully) that the project manager now keeps your footage in the correct bins, unlike 5 where you'd find it moving around all over the place.

I think the most useful thing by far is the ability to nest projects (finally). While not as smooth as nestable sequences as in, say FCP, for instance, it does add quite an enhancement to workflow.
