..shouldnt do that.. (of course)
try rendering and replacing the audio first - its under :clip->audio-> render and replace
if you have alot of fx on the audio this can really help

That is the video it is pretty bad, I will try again, in the program the audio is perfect only messes up when I export it. I'll try what you suggested.
Thanks

Buck,

I noticed you only get the crackling sound when the volume is high. This is a sure sign that the audio is peaking out at or above 0dB. You will not hear the crackling in Premiere, but you will when you export it. To confirm this, just bring up the audio monitor and see if the master volume hits the red area (0dB).

The easiest way to correct this problem is to nest your final sequence in another sequence. Then clip the audio track at -3dB or so (the clip function is located in the dynamics filter). Another easy way to fix this is to lower the volume on each audio track. Lowering the volume by 6dB cuts the power in half. So if you only have 2 tracks, then lower the volume in each by 6dB.

There are better ways to control the peak audio, such as using compression, etc. If you're interested, I would suggest you take a look at one of Jay Rose's audio books.
