strange wave-like trailing 24pa

Well i just noticed after capture there appears to be wave-like motion on the walls of a brick building (as if radio signals, think antenna ). Strange as hell, i assumed it was OIS but checked back and it was turned off. I have tried chroma blur in Vegas that did not do the trick. The wall is orange i am tracking along the wall and waves are moving through the brick. Anyone familiar with such effect?

I am not sure whethere that is it. I have found that using the glow effect in Vegas hides the movement. But of course, now my picture is completely blown out, still acceptable. Thanks Barry.

i found out how to remedy this via color correction and some vegas fx
though i am really thinking about trying AE 6.5 for a better fix...
