Okay, my life is all packed up in little, easy to carry liquor store boxes, and I am ready to go. My mom's been in the hospital for about 5 days, so I went downstate to be with her, brought her back here, and she will be *overseeing* my move now. Going out of town put my move behind schedule, but here it is. The day I get out of the 'hood! As soon as I drove into town and hit my actual neighborhood, I heard a police helicopter overhead and saw that patrol cars had blocked off most of the entry and exit-ways to all the sidestreets while a motorcycle cop drove in and out of the little roads. There was a criminal on the run. I knew I was home. :) Got out of my car and I heard the sound of future wards of the state shattering bottles against the house across the street. Yep, home again, home again. Party of a hundred going on next door lastnight. uh-huh, uh-huh! I am home. But lastnight was my last night here in the badlands. I am off to corrupt a whole new subdivision today!

Wish me luck!

Cheers!

All that really matters is that your new place has Internet. If it doesn't have Internet then I'm afraid us DVXusers do not support your move and we won't lend you our truck and muscles.

Good luck and get back online ASAP!

sounds like you are up for an upgrade in your move. good luck and enjoy the new place!

I love-hate moving. Just shows you how much "baggage" you have in life. Most of it useless. camera gear aside, of course. Its great to leave a place that sucked. Everywhere else, you can appreciate soooo much more. i can remember almost everytime I took that last look into a place I was leaving, just to take in the emptiness and worn-over look, sigh, and thinnk---good riddance!

Hey, talk about planning! How about this? I am already hooked up with my broadband! heh! Turned off and turned on, all on the same day. (insert completely unnecessary jokes here) haha!!! I have no bed, no food, no clothes, but I have internet and cable. Life is okay. Gotta go unpack a few boxes. My daughter is MIA right now in her Lincoln Towncar. So its me, and, uh... me! I cant wait to find out whose parking spot I stole. heh!

Oh, and my brakes went out on my car also. BUT I HAVE INTERNET!!!!!
