I have a groom that is from Egypt what format shoud I render to. NTSC or Pal. Will I have an problems shooting in NTSC and making a PAL version if they use pal in Egypt?

They use PAL. You won't be able to create a PAL tape without PAL gear, though you CAN make a PAL DVD. Most people world-wide can play back NTSC.
