Pentium 4 HT chip With XP Pro or XP Home Edition?

Hello folks... here's one for you all:

Which version: XP Pro or XP HomeEdition or XP Pro 64 bit

do I need to run Premiere w/Hyper Thread usage....?
My chip is a Pentium 4 / 3.4 ghz / 800mzh HT (is that a 32 bit chip?)

P4 is 32 bits and use Hyper Threads.

What phd said. And I'd recommend XP Pro as opposed to the Home edition.
