What should my project settings be if I shot in Squeeze Mode, Using the anamorphic adapter to get the right aspect ratio???? HELP! PLEASE! URGENT~!

You shot using both squeeze mode AND the anamorphic adapter? That was a mistake, as your footage won't display properly on any television system unless you letterbox it. Which means it's easier, quicker, less render time, and better quality to just use anamorphic+letterbox, not anamorphic+squeeze, if you're aiming for that 2.35:1 widescreen look.
If you want to unsqueeze/letterbox it for 16:9 viewing or DVD, you should use the 16:9 project preset, and then on each of your clips you'll have to manually set the pixel aspect ratio to 1.6162. That should cause each clip to render properly within a letterboxed window for a 16:9 project.
