A (http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?204761-A-Guide-To-Setting-Your-GH1-GH2-Up-For-Video)WB, exposure and iris should all be disabled before shooting anything professional. On any camera.

Please refer to your user manual, it should tell you everything.

But in short, you should be in the mode with the little camera icon next to the M.

Not to be confused with the "M" position between "C1" and "S"

There are several choices for setting the white balance, including by color temperature. Not sure what you mean by exposure and iris (I know what they mean, but not what you are asking in this context).

Try that question again.

Hello, I have been through the manual, do not get my wrong.... It was my first approach before this thread.

I think my case is different as I am using the GH2 in a studio and the output of the GH2 is going to a MX02.

I have a complete white background with a beach table. I just was wonder what setting I should be looking at with the ISO, etc.

thank you

With a white background you need to use an incident light meter to meter the light falling on your set (as opposed to the light reflecting from it). If you use the canmera's meter or a reflected meter you're going to underexpose by three or more stops as the meter will want to make your white backfround middle gray. Alternatively you could just try to overexpose by three or more stops from what the camera is telling you. Or you could grab an 18% gray card and meter that from the camera while the card fills the frame. Lots of possibilities.
