Hello DVXuser friends,

Here is another quick test. I shot AVC-Intra 100 1080P Cine-D (I want to shoot every thing at this:love4:). The lights at the cafe were all practical and untouched by me. Very bad lighting. My awesome musician friends were playing - I had a dinner reservation and my new camera that is now glued to me - so I grabbed some footage. I did some quick and dirty color correction with FCP's three way. The P.A.P. was at factory default 2 (I had not learned how to switch to 1 yet) . Now I know to:

The 250 has two settings, Type 1 and Type 2. You get at the menu by holding in the DISP/MODE CHK button and then pressing the menu button; it adds a new menu at the bottom of the list.

Anyway, if you had not figured it out already, I live deep in the Ozark woods. Every year the buzzards come to roost and I was really hoping that I would get some interesting footage... There are pans and full telephoto shots. All the sunset footage is as it came out of the camera with no color correction. The fine details of the trees and buzzard feathers is wonderful. I found it a pleasure to focus with the LCD. Overall I am ecstatic about this camera!
